I had my chimney cleaned by Crystal Chimney Sweep. And despite years of neglect, they thoroughly cleaned my chimney and now it looks fresh and new. I am very happy with the results and definitely hire them again. If you need your chimney cleaned, hire them and you will be amazed!!!

Called Crystal Chimney for an inspection and cleaning. Someone from a different company shows up, tells us a bunch of work that needs to be done, new chimney cap, etc. Ended up overpaying substantially for installing the simplest chimney cap, a cleaning and some paint. Should have recognized this was a scam and looked elsewhere.
