$11,000+ quoted by Crown/Victor to replace my water heater in the garage (swapping gas with a customer-provided electric Rheem 80 GL heater, very similar plumbing locations, standard house, etc). Quick response and fix of leaking water heater. Also replaced the knobs and fixtures on my washer and dryer. I have 1970s fixtures. Thought my toilet wasn’t working / called Crown and Kevin was here within 30 minutes. False alarm - turns out SJ Water had shut off water to my street with no warning. Kevin saw their truck down the street and talked to them. That was above and beyond. I love Crown Plumbing. Always responsive and people have all been great.
