Cross Pool has been handling our pool and spa for four years. Throughout that time the service has been impeccable. Beyond the routine, this has been across a variety of pool and spa events that were decidedly challenging to cope with, involving considerable research, diagnosis, and repair. All around thorough, professional, responsive service. In moving on, Cross Pool will be hard to replace.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Communicates with personal cell via text and doesn't want to hear from customers on the weekend. Expects immediate payment with Venmo and really fills your service with drama if you don't recognize his texts with appreciation and gratitude. I can't recommend this guy and would rather YouTube pool care and read pool forums saving myself $200 a month for service only 1 time per month. Look elsewhere.
