I had a great experience with the Critter Stop crew. They were very thorough, communicated the process each step of the way. Each appointment was on time. JONATHAN was great on the final visit, explaining and showing products being used on the property.

Critter Stop does what they say they are going to do and more. I had rodents in my attic and Critter Stop has done a thorough job in getting rid of them. I want to especially recognize John who did our follow up visits and inspected the house for any sign of entry. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. Any mention of concern I had, John would inspect and would make sure my concern was addressed no matter how minor it was. Service is a top priority for sure.
