Launce was fantastic! He came out and investigated what we thought was an issue with our crawl space. He videotaped what he saw, which turned out to be a plumbing leak, and never charged us anything. We even asked if there was any work we needed to do on any other part of the crawlspace, but he let us know that everything else in the crawlspace of our 70 year old house was perfect. Crawlspace saved our nearly 100 year old home! Decades of moisture brought rot and mold. Within a short period of time the foundation was rebuild, the crawl space encapsulated, humidifier and sump pump added. The crew worked tirelessly and was extremely competent. Pleasure to work with!

Everything about this job went smoothly and with incredible attention to detail. I contacted Launce Levison and was told they were booking jobs for June. After a short conversation I explained to Launce I had a deadline of a couple of weeks. He then sent a crew to give me a quote with videos as to the work that would be done. Word to the wise, I requested an estimate for having my mobile home re-leveled and instead wound up needing more repairs upon Launce's departure from my residence when he hit my gate backing out. He didn't bother to stop and just said, "It's a truck" as he drove off. Someone who does not take accountability for their actions more than likely this will reflect in their workmanship as well.
