I live in a 100-year-old- house with a crawl space and water seepage into two "basement" rooms. There were always issues with humidity and a musty smell. Brad sealed off the entire crawl space, including building a wall across the open front porch area, and installed insulation under the flooring, and a high-power dehumidifier.
