BEWARE! All existing customers got an email that this business is closed, while I can see reviews from new customers from five days ago. They sent us an email referring us to a different crawl space company without any transfer of warranty - so I have no idea what is going on. But basically their warranty means nothing.

Crawl Space & Basement Technologies has a highly skilled and well coordinated team that transformed the crawlspace of our 1990s home from a damp moldy swamp into a clean dry area. It is a tremendous peace of mind knowing that this area is no longer a choice breeding ground for mold spores or a potential termite invasion. I researched several companies in the Raleigh area and CS&BT impressed me the most with their subject matter knowledge and direct link between the company owner and homeowner.

Just learned that this business has permanently closed and being an existing customer with the highest respect for this company, I'm shocked to learn that the business just simply closed. Unless I missed it, I didn't receive any communication until today when another company, Regional Something, emailed me about ongoing support but no warranty transfer.

So much for lifetime warranty 😞 They did work 2 years ago. Spent thousands and now they are out of business. …

Jason and his team are excellent at what they do. I spoke to three other companies before finding Crawl Space & Basement Technologies. Jason's knowledge of the issue far exceeded anyone else I spoke with. He is professional, friendly and takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have any kind of crawl space issue.

I do not understand why they have 4.8 rating average. It should be 5.000. No less. If you want crawl space work done, call them. Say no more. Jason and his crew are the best.

CSBT was very easy and pleasant to work with. They provided an in-depth email that outlined their schedule and what was expected to happen each day. The crews showed up early and were as unobtrusive as possible, hauling off the trash each day. The final walkthrough was educated me on the what and why of the changes they made.
