I contacted New Roof AZ for quotes on work for my rentals and my primary home. When the email reply came in, I realized the company is owned by Randy Craven. I’ve had professional interactions with him dating back to around 2012, and I made the decision years ago to stop doing business with him after multiple incidents where he spoke to me and my staff in a belittling and unprofessional manner. This company was great to work with. Keri and Randy and the whole team were all fantastic. I had a few concerns with the patio they built and Keri and Randy sent the guys back out to immediately fix it and make sure it was exactly the way we wanted. It. Can't be more happy with the patio and honestly the company in general. We will definitely use them again. Lately it seems like it's hard to find a good contractor but these guys were amazing. Highly recommend.
