The TX high winds blew a 6 ft section of our backyard fence into pieces. The carpenter ants and or termites probably didn't help the integrity of the section of fence of 9 yrs since being built. I received the Crafter Fence Company contact info from my neighbor. After speaking to Cole and sharing pictures of the damage, he gave me a quote and had the section replaced the very next day.
