We worked with Ray at Cozy over the past few months replacing Hunter Douglas blinds in our house and his customer service was excellent. We experienced a few hurdles along the way and he helped us navigate them with grace and patience. If we need additional help in the future we would not hesitate to go back to Ray at Cozy.

I purchased the Luonto Charleston Queen Sleeper Sofa to replace what I had lost in the Eaton fires. Mr Chung was thoughtful and helpful in my purchasing decision. I was looking for a sleeper sofa that did not have the metal bars under a thin mattress. The Luonto sofa has a pull out mechanism that uses the cushions of the sofa along with a memory foam mattress. I am so pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend the sofa and the services offered at Cozy Stylish Chic.
