Cox installed my new (Carrier) AC system 2 yrs ago. I have a yrly maintenance contract with them. Never had any serious mechanical issues, only repeated water backup in the PVC drain line and float. I've had to elevate the line for adequate drainage repeatedly. Tyler cale out today for that exact issue, cleaned everything AND without having to ask, he permently elevated that portion of the unit and float. Kudos to Tyler!!! Cindy Scheuermann
