Very good and helpful all round

Had two homes inspected by Duran, and he was wonderful to work with. The first home inspection led to us thankfully not following through with buying the home, and I enjoyed working with him and asked him to inspect the second home we were looking at. Duran was super thorough and answered all of my questions. He even thought me some stuff that I’m glad to know as a future home owner.
