We specified that she had to water all the brand new trees I had just planted, but Daisy, allowed the tenant not to water them because she said the water bill was too high. Daisy Farmer is the main realtor at this realty and she is tops!! From the minute we met it felt like having a friend in the business. Daisy was responsive to calls and very knowledgeable about the lovely town of Ajo. She listened to our needs and showed us homes that met them. Daisy is a source of information regarding the variety of fields you need when purchasing a home. Best of all, I really feel she is a friend.

Daisy Farmer is known in the community to need a little "nudge" to get information from. I was warned by a local that she needs to be constantly "reminded" to call you back. I experienced this the hard way by making an offer but received no answer. Here it is 4 months later and nothing from Daisy. Do your homework and maybe choose a different realtor.
