Cool insulation recently replaced our rodent contaminated insulation. They showed up as planned for our consult appt. Thouroughly inspected the attic, promptly returned our calls with questions in the evening even. The workers were careful before starting to put corner protectors and plastic to protect our walls and woodwork. The men doing the job were hardworking and communicated well. The job was halted by us midway because while working in the attic the a/c unexpectedly mysteriously quit work
