We have lived in our home for 26 years and we have 2 wells that did not last more than 5 years each. We got our new well around 7 years ago and it is the best water we have had since we’ve lived here. Every time I need service all I need to do is pick up the phone and they’ll be there, on time, and with a solution to whatever issue arises.

I called several times and no one returned my calls. When I finally got in contact with someone, the girl named Tracy was extremely rude on the phone. I was simply asking to schedule service for my house as soon as possible, and she had a terrible attitude from the beginning. Instead of being helpful, she immediately said they couldn’t service my home until the beginning of June.
