This delight of a company has *one* one-time payment option online that does not charge a fee. Paying with a regular credit card, etc via Web or phone incurs a $2 convenience charge! To PAY! Rates are completely out of control. I moved out of my apartment and turned the heat down to 55F, wasn't using gas stove, etc. My bill skyrocketed. Agents could never provide any explanation other than reading off details of my bills that I could already see.
