We had a 4x8 second story deck that needed to be totally rebuilt. It was structural with joists that went under our bedroom floor. We hired Zach to replace it. He consulted with a structural engineer for a very reasonable cost and we were able to make the deck bigger and more functional. Zach did a nice job, very skilled and professional. Our deck looks amazing. He also freshened up the stain on our pergola which was much more cost effective than redoing the whole thing. Highly recommend!!

Our two ground-level decks were severely out of plumb. After having been told by other contractors that tearing them out and rebuilding from scratch was the only way to resolve the issue, Zack said "no problem." He and his crew literally dug in and brought both decks back to level, saving us thousands. A year later and there's been zero movement. Highly recommended!
