One of my boxes was missing after I finished unpacking, which took two weeks. Be sure to number your boxes when you move or some might disappear. I asked about my missing box and was told that I only had four days to file a claim. When I called, they argued with me rather than apologize or explain how the missing item might have not turned up at my residence. The packing was good.
