Carlos and his sidekick assisted me today by hauling off a washer and dryer and some unwanted decorations from our new home. They communicated everything well upfront. Yesterday, the day before the scheduled pickup, Carlos texted me for an inventory of items. And he texted again this morning 35 minutes before he would arrive.
