My experience working with Jordyn was ultimately unprofessional from start to finish. Our first appointment with Jordyn was scheduled for Nov. 5 and she canceled it the morning of the appointment. I immediately emailed to reschedule and received no response. After following up again on Nov. 25, I was told the project could not start until 2026. Mark, Danny and their team renovated our 100 year old Seattle home and did an amazing job! The quality of their work was and is amazing, and they really cared about getting the details right. They have a great network of sub-contractors which helped prevent delays from waiting on labor. They also did an amazing job working hard to get us back into our house on a tight deadline with a new baby coming. Highly recommend them and would definitely work with them on future construction projects.
