Jolene was very nice. She was professional yet personable as well. Probably in part my senior age but mostly my inability to visualize her concept at first, she drew a professional designer diagram then explained it all with examples from photos so I could easily understand. She spent over 1-1/2 hrs with me answering all the questions I had at the time to my satisfaction and upon leaving, told me to call her if I had further questions. It was a joy working with Jolene.

Celeste Manzo was our certified designer, who took hours of her time to really dial in every little nook and cranny I had regarding the closets even without my full commitment. She truly just wanted to offer the best to me and I really appreciate that she tried to do that regardless of me being on board with using their company or not. I’m still in the ultimate process of deciding if I want to go full custom or not, but if I do…. I will 100% go through her.
