From beginning first impression to final completion, I was very impressed. I gave my project designer, Kaitlyn Williams, ideas what I wanted & what I could afford & she made it happen during the initial consult. In less than a month from initial consultation, the project was completed beyond my expectation! I will now be using them for at least 2 more projects! I highly recommend this Closet Factory team!

These days I often reflect on the customer service of yesteryear. Well at least a couple/few decades ago. But this experience brought me back. Service was great from the sales rep who always responded if there were any concerns. To the installer who was courteous diligent and a real craftsman. Couldn’t be happier.
