Unbelievable experience with Veronica and her team. Tim and Rafael were my installers, and they went above and beyond. So kind, so professional and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend from start to finish. Veronica worked around our crazy schedule, came at night and did what she needed to do. We are a bit picky and not once did she get annoyed with us. She sent us so many options and really understood us. So grateful for her and everything she has done for us!

Amazing experience from start to finish! We worked with The Closet Factory to transform a cluttered entryway as well as a small coat closet. The result was game changing for us and we realized how much storage we had that went unused. Our designer Laurie was creative, super responsive and so easy to work with. The projected timeline was met the first time and the installers were professional, tidy and excellent at what they do. Would highly recommend.
