Clearview Advance was absolutely amazing. Balachi was so quick responding to my initial call for a quote and to find out about scheduling. He called me back the same day. He was very friendly and him and his team were so nice and did such a great job. They cleaned moss off my roof, cleaned my gutters, and washed my windows inside and outside. I called and Balachi, the owner answered, we settled on a time and day for him to come and wash my windows. He and his employees arrived on time. One employee came in, she brought booties to put over her shoes and got to work taking out all my screens. Outside one employee washed all my windows and another was inside cleaning the inside of my windows and the window wells. I realized I needed over 5 screens repaired. Balachi took them and brought the newly screened screens. They did great worked

We had a very problematic and difficult situation where our neighbor has ‘distributed’ bodily fluids from their home to the outside of ours (you can only imagine). And they cleaned this! They came and clean my gutters and were very polite. It didn’t take them long at all. I did had trouble at first getting in touch with them in the beginning but they did call me back. Their price was very reasonable. Would definitely be hiring them again.

Very pleased with Balachi and his crew. They did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and windows. We have a huge Doug fir tree that drops a lot of debris on our house and they were very thorough cleaning everything out of our gutters. Everything turned out great. They are timely, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again. It’s nice to have a company do the windows and gutters at the same time too rather than hiring two different companies.

I called Clearview Advance to clean some very tall windows that were absolutely impossible for me and my husband to clean. We ended up deciding to hire them to clean all second floor windows from the outside and the tallest windows (20ft.) on the inside, the window screens and the gutters as well.
