They installed 6 windows spring 2026. In addition to their redoing poorly installed windows, we're dealing with extremely poor caulking and marred and scratched windows. They also installed a damaged window, and damaged property while onsite without telling us. They've since repaired a window they scratched (in addition to the one shown below), but have been difficult to work with, and have not yet responded properly to our BBB complaint regarding the poor condition of the newly installed window
