Says they have 24/7 emergency service. But when you call you're told can't come until tomorrow.

We used Classic Plumbing for a large tunneling, repiping, main line FIASCO that we had... and they were wonderful. Jeff Aston ran the project and he was fantastic. He kept us informed, explained everything, and made sure it was all was done properly. Even the digging teams that they brought out (Jose) were just wonderful (and extremely skillful with beautiful squared off corners all the way under the house, geez louise...). We truly hope we do not have another plumbing dilemma anytime soon, b

very bad service. I called with details about the leak next morning the team arrived without any equipment and I was asked to wait for another day . Meantime leak continues causing more damage to house and lose of water. In my service all I clearly describe the leak related issue but the visit was " to validate" without any attempt to identify the problem. I do not believe it'a. good and fair practice. It looks more like "keeping the customer" without any solution

Jeff and Trent came to clean water heater. Very pleasant to deal with and would recommend anyone to use them.
