The spring broke unexpectedly on our garage door. I made a frantic call to CJ's and a technician (Carson) was at our house within 30 minutes. Carson replaced the broken single spring with two springs, installed a keypad that we'd been meaning to install for months, and performed maintenance on all the existing parts to make the garage door quieter than it's ever been. We are so grateful for the quick response and incredible customer service!

First experience with this company and I'm extremely pleased. My garage door (it's 20+ years old) decided today was the day to have the cable come off one side and unspool. Can't close it and with the rollers about to pop the track can't open it. They were out within 30 minutes and got everything working smoothly. Absolutely will use again.
