I have hired Citadel Roofing and Solar to do several projects for me and they have every time gone above and beyond. When finished with my roof the grounds lookd as good if not better than before . worked with Chris Blank as my salesperson, and he misrepresented the timeframe for receiving the SPIG rebate. Because of this misinformation, the rebate did not cover the full loan I took from Travis Credit Union for their services, leaving me with $4,500 still owed.
