We had a big problem with the landscaper and concrete contractor and Bill, Shaun, Renton, Truman and others stepped in when the landscaper just backed out. They spent many days of their own time fixing what they really didn't have to. In a world of contractors that don't stand behind their work, Cinti Pool Professionals is a great partner in getting you up and running.

Cincinnati Pool Professionals is a conscientious company with a very responsive team! Bill was always on top of any questions we had and was certain to get back to us quickly. All employees are courteous. The pool went in last October and the installation team was meticulous in making sure it was installed precisely. It's up and running now and we are delighted with the outcome! A loooong wait to get to enjoy it, but worth it!
