To complete my job, there were two teams that were needed. The first team that did the inside flue were very professional and friendly and were willing to explain the details of what I thought was a complicated job. They came on time and left the area very clean. The second team completed very physical tasks – setting up scaffolding, bricks, and other heavy materials. I recently purchased a gas fireplace from chimney.com and the experience was great. their entire team were professional, flexible and accommodative to my schedule during instillation. Tiffany, in particular, was pleasant to work with. A word of caution about the product though, I purchased the Mendota fireplace and within 1 month the internal light went out and unfortunately despite multiple contacts never got replaced. It was not a big deal to me so I gave up.

Everyone was so helpful in choosing the proper fireplace. Tiffany was outstanding, assisting in every aspect of the planning and construction of the new fireplace. I would choose them again! Outstanding service !
