Never used them before but so glad I found them! The guy sealed the crack and waterproofed everything a few days ago and he also spotted something else starting to go and pointed it out without charging me for it.
Last week our chimney was acting up so we called Chimney Co, The guy showed up, went over what was wrong, fixed it right there. Everything’s good now, definitely calling them again if we need to.
First time using them, the loose bricks are tight and the mortar feels solid now.
