First appointment never showed or called. Called in and didn't get added to the roster, scheduled for next day. Next day comes and the guy says he is outside of my house, in *Virgina* not even Colorado. 3rs attempt the guy shows up on time and is gone in 5 minutes after explaining I'm not up to code (I am) and his company won't do it do it due to their policy (oh, so it had nothing to do with code..) The consultant tried to use scare tactics to force additional services and purchases. Service was rude and pushy. I’ve since found another company that provides better service, consults honestly, and doesn’t try to charge you an arm and a leg using scare tactics.
