We also have had an excellent experience with Chimney Keepers and would highly recommend them. They are responsive and don’t make a mess and they are honest, which is not the experience we had with a competitor company. Definitely call Chimney Keepers!

We called and set up an initial appointment and paid for that service. Thereafter, we called and left voicemails for them to come back and only after several weeks of chasing them could we get a return call. Then, the chimney sweep. Lousiest job I’ve ever seen. He specifically stated that after he comes back several times it will get cleaner….. never again. We’ve had to call someone else out to fix it. Our realtor recommended him and she said she will no longer do so.
