I've used them for my chimney cleaning services for a few years now. My most recent tech, Jeramie was on time, gave me a 30 minutes heads up, and completed the job quickly and effectively. He was friendly and courteous while on the job. I've never had a bad experience with them.

2 appointments and 2 no shows! 1st appointment I got the call 2 hours after appointment window saying they were on their way - I told the tech to never mind and maybe offer a discount on a reschedule. No one from the office ever called to follow- up. So I made another appointment and again - waited and waited - got the txt that the tech had an emergency and was not coming.
