Great first visit from Jim yesterday. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very creative with how to handle the water trouble in the basement of our very old house! He was not at all pushy trying to “close the deal.” From his description, it also sounds like his crew will do a very professional job—good set up to prevent dust and debris getting everywhere, thorough cleanup, and everything in between. Chicago Basement Systems was outstanding from start to finish. After our sump pump failed and our basement flooded, Devin responded the very next day and quickly diagnosed the issue and got the sump pump working again to prevent further damage.
