2026 Update: Received annual Spring system turn up with an associated repair. While the repair seemed pricey, it was necessary and I authorized it. I took issue with the turn up service as the crew left a solenoid open on the manifold causing a zone to run constantly. I can only assume they didn't really check the operation of the system after turn up. I contacted the office regarding my displeasure at paying full price for a half-completed job and they tried to convince me "these things happen

I called a week ago and they said they could get there on Thursday. So about 1 o’clock in the afternoon today, I called the office and she said Yep you’re still on the list and they’ll call you when they’re one hour out. Well, it’s 10 after four and I haven’t heard a word all day. I’ve had them here two times in the past and they’ve done a great job and it was relatively inexpensive. I don’t know what happened today.
