The representative who handled my call was professional and empathetic, and she was able to schedule a plumber to be dispatched that same day. We have had a mai pipe break and no water in a manufactured home. I called an emergency call on a Sunday and by afternoon we had water Yes!! Also this was a new home to us and when we moved in the water was turned off after the final inspections. Well there was several more major issues that was fixed at the same time. I called Wrangler on weekend for a clogged drain. The gentleman on the phone quoted me $217.50 per hour - time and half for the weekend. I agreed. He was here for just a little less than an hour and charged me $435.00. When I questioned him about the charge he informed me the clock started when he received my call. Would have been nice to know that up front. Feels like a Bait and switch. Companies like this give Payson a bad name.

We had a leak from our shower arm so attempted to unscrew it. As I unscewed it i felt it break and fall apart inside the wall. I called Charlie halls wrangler plumbing. They were here within a couple hours of taking my call and had it fixed withing 15 minutes. I was very happy with the bill as well. I highly recommend this company!
