Sorry to say, but I would not recommend Champion Windows. We purchased windows for the entire house back in 2015, along with installation of new patio doors. Window installation went OK. Patio doors was an complete mess from day one. One door was replaced just weeks after installation due a gas leak, second door was replaced after a smudge was noticed at eye level on the inside of the glass. Pretty disappointed with the product and the support. The house we bought just over a year ago has Champion windows. Overall, they're fine, but there are four panes with what appear to be broken seals: foggy and/or streaky. I called to ask about repair, and the agent, who was friendly and honest, said that the a diagnostic visit alone would be $250, the product is not warrantied, and additional repair costs would be above and beyond the diagnostic cost.
