Absolutely unacceptable experience with CGS Energy. I scheduled a service appointment with a window of 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, which already requires blocking off an entire day. I currently live 3 hours away as I haven't moved into this home yet because it has no utilities. So, I had to stay overnight in a house with no utilities or furniture just to be available for this appointment. Ahead of time, I clearly informed CGS that I work from home and am frequently on calls, and specifically requested

I pay a gas bill every month and theirs nothing inside my apartment that uses gas. I reached out to them about it and they send me a phone number and no one answers. I want my money back for the entire time they have been charging me for nothing.
