Great experience using Payless Cesspool Jimmy was the one who came to my house at 10 o’clock at night to assist me with an emergency backup had a smile on his face. The price was very good and was a pleasure working with the company highly recommend to everybody.

These guys were amazing. They came in so quick responded very quickly at emergency situation. It was on Thanksgiving and they were there at the very next morning with a Roto-Rooter…. Cleared it out and had my house back up and running ASAP. Highly recommended.

The company could not have responded more promptly. They were extremely professional. I actually thought I needed a different service and after inspecting my cesspool , they were extremely honest and told me it did not need to be done, I would’ve never known this. Had an issue and needed my cesspool pumped, Jim and Joey were awesome! Very informative, very friendly, extremely professional as well as patient and understanding to my circumstance. They were fair with their price and very accommodating. Definitely recommended!

I had a bad experience with this company,they charged me to pump 200 gallons and didn't pump anything,they aerated and put chemicals on top of the waist and lied about pumping,my tank was still full when they left, I'll never use them again
