Not sure what the deal is with this company
My friend has this system and it is cumbersome
Their customer service personnel are rude and disrespectful most of the time
I have been calling for a month for new service for my home. I call and transferred to a person, I leave a message and nothing. I have called 6 times and am still waiting for a callback. What is going on with this company????
