Complete remodel of kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Pam was the designer. After the sale, I felt Pam was condescending and difficult to work with. About a year later, we had issues with our white kitchen cabinets chipping. I called Pam. She told me that my warranty had expired. I called the kitchen cabinet company directly and they came out and replaced my cabinet doors. However, after another couple of years, they started chipping again. So disappointed…. We did a total tear-out and renovation of our Kitchen. Our Designer did a fabulous job on the layout and helping us with product selection. Our Installer was incredibly detailed and did a perfect job on the installation. The cabinet company made a minor error on the Sub-Zero control panel which Central Kitchen and Bath promptly resolved. And, we had a minor issue with the cabinet pull on the dishwasher. They sent a Service Technician, literally about an hour after I called, who fixed the problem
