We bought a window off Marketplace and it was missing the flange that goes around the window. Nobody sells that! Not Home-depot, not Lowe’s. We even tried window places and were told we make windows but we don’t sell parts. Tim saved us! He didn’t even charge me for it! Not too many good people out there but this is one company I would definitely trust!!!
