Horrible, I was with them for 6 years. Tried to leave them once before, but nice lady called and convinced me to stayed. Reason were lack of communication, never returned calls…when problem arise…they start playing Hot Potato. The final straw was the Controller went bad. They quoted over $400 to replace a controller that is 4”x4” (not even colored). How can that controller be more than a Smart TV? They continue to charge for a dead controller and no service. I called to cancel…oh no. No one gonn

Lack of or NO customer service When ever you call you have to leave a voice message. You may or may not receive call back Not good at responding to house alarms going off Canceled my contract

After 21 yrs. of service, I'm still a loyal customer. In particular, their Service dept. is at the top of their game these days. Well managed, with excellent training, they tuned up my system to perfection this Summer.
