CASTLEBERRY WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ME, BUT MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTING WITH QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Intallation and quality dissapointing, especially after paying so much. Plantation shutters don't close well, and appear to be not well made. Called company. They said they would send someone out the next week, then called and said they could send someone out late today, I agreed but it was a no show and a no call. I am not comfortable they are going to live up to their customer

They offered the best price after getting several estimates. They did great work on my custom shutters. The installer was very nice as well. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have several plantation shutters and blinds from Castleberry. They make a superior product. But their service is as good! Terrific service.. and great shutters!!
