I purchased a screen door and a main door from Castle Windows; on more than one occasion, I had a hard time getting service for the doors. The company has limited availability in Delaware for service and the wait can be extensive. The second problem with this company is their life time warranty. On 5/6/2026, the warranty inspector came to look at my doorframe, he had me sign a paper… which he said was to confirm he came. My mistake, never sign an incomplete form.
