Overselling and free estimate is a scam. Gave an estimate for labor and could only give estimate for spring for the door after it was taken off the door. The spring after removed and sitting on my garage floor happens to cost twice the cost of labor. Avoid if possible or get ALL costs in writing before any work is performed your garage door.

Ken did a great job repairing our garage door. He took his time to explain the problems, then fixed it quickly and easily. I will definitely all again if/when we need more garage door work.
