Wanted to update this review. After we shared an invoice from another plumber showing the drain line was fine, they refunded the full amount, which we appreciated. The first tech, arthur, seemed new and had trouble getting the cleanout unclogged. During the drain cleaning, vice grips were left on the snake reel, which caused some chips on the deck when the tool came loose and landed across the patio. Thankfully no one was hurt.
