I quoted with different companies and cleaning ladies, but Casa Pristine is hands down the best cleaning service. They're professional, timely, thorough and trustworthy (I leave them cleaning my house when I'm not there.) They are consistently good, bring their own cleaning supplies and follow instructions on things that need special care. They're affordable and super communicative and flexible. Seriously guys, you need to look no further!

I scheduled a cleaning service for one of my rental properties and provided all necessary payment information. Unfortunately, the company failed to show up without any prior notice or explanation. They never reached out to reschedule or apologize, leaving me scrambling to clean the property myself on short notice. This lack of professionalism and communication is disappointing. I cannot recommend this company to others.
