Many thanks to Cary Plumbing and Spencer, in particular. On a Sunday…Mothers Day Sunday! Spencer was on call for emergencies and boy did we have one. He came out at night, quickly repaired the damage and could not have been more gracious about it. He left the house after 9pm for another call. My mother in law (her house) has used them for 28 years. They never have let her down. I can not recommend them enough.

I had a leak in my water main that bubbled up in the yard, and I figured I needed a new line run. Cary Plumbing located and fixed the leak for a fraction of the cost of a new main. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but when I do I'll be calling Cary Plumbing.

On the Saturday of Easter weekend, the tenant in my rental house told me the water heater had flooded the basement. I called Cary Plumbing. The guy on the phone told me a new one would cost $1900. I thought that a good bit high but maybe water heater prices had gone up, and it was a holiday weekend, so I said okay. Great user experience installation of a bring your own water heater. Good commutations and when I found an issue after they left, they promptly came back and fixed the issue with no cost...will use again!

Our tankless water heater stopped working. I called and Cary Plumbing sent their lead tankless technician, Bailey Hall, out quickly. Bailey diagnosed the problems, called the company that manufactured the water heater, determined that all the parts that failed were under warranty (even though they were over 10 years old), got the replacement parts shipped, and came back a few days later to install the new parts and get us back up and running.
